What differentiates Deltek Talent Management from other similar products?

Not as complicated as others that I have used like ICFM. I was able to learn quickly how to navigate the interface. Not as many clicks to do what I need to do. The customizable options are easy. Users are able to manage their time sheets and expenses with relative ease.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The system consistency and how easily integrated it is for anyone to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can be a bit slow at times but not a deal breaker

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Especially good if you're using time sheets, expenses and tracking

It is great learning tool in services that have mostly project based work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Decision making platform where I can track my goals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I can think of ,just the improvisation in UI will be a bonus

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Demo of the product really helped us and given us insights .From my experience I would say business use case should be crystal clear.

Mainly focused on project-based Industries or businesses .Provides great visibility and robust analytics which help in better performance and decision making. Smoothly integrates with other Delta products like AI powered Dela which helps in various processes like creating job requisitions , analytics and user experience . Provides Customized Project based approach from acquisition of talent ,onboarding , performance management and continues learning results in great project success. Integration with Vector solutions powered this tool for continues learning and gaining certifications which helps in current engagement and future

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Have two favourite aspects ,one is learning and other is Robust Analytics Only having knowledge in current engagements not sufficient as its not aligned with future project goals and objectives . This tool helped in Continues and aligned learning which meets future project skills expectation which ultimately results in Project success. Gaining desired certifications is also good aspect of this product. Tool advanced analytics helped in Data driven decision making , performance evaluation and Valuable feedback. Accordingly helped in retaining talent which biggest concern nowadays

What do you dislike most about this product?

As of now no drawbacks or shortcomings for this product. But some users reported technical glitches which i have not faced yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

> Identify your needs and specific requirements need to be aligned with product features > Integration capabilities with existing inhouse or third party system >Security and cost -Need to be secure as holds valuable insights of resources . Need not to be compromised with less pricing >User experience and feedback - Best part is this Deltek provides demo of the product which helped in insights about product and user feedback
