A Reliable Workspace For Project Documentation.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

I use it together with Jira. I use Confluence to to project requirements and manage tasks in Jira.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Multiple members can work on the same document a the same time. I can create project plans and share them with all tea members.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it's search is useful, I sometimes find that locating older documents in large projects takes more effort than expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend to teams that want a software for project documentation and connects well with Jira.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is how effortlessly it turns scattered ideas into structured, accessible knowledge that the whole team can act on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times, the interface feels a bit heavy, and navigating large spaces can be overwhelming—I’d love to see a cleaner, more intuitive experience

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to set up clear structures and guidelines from the start—once organized, Confluence becomes an incredibly powerful single source of truth for your team.

The ease of use of the product and high quality content as well as the integration capabilities

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Creating your own space to keep track of all the important documents categorized in well structured manner and the search capabilities across spaces

What do you dislike most about this product?

It gets stuck sometimes on a single space but recovers after a refresh

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, its a great too to manage tasks, planning and organizing the project related aspects in a consolidated space and very good for collaboration
