What differentiates CloudSOC Cloud Access Security Broker from other similar products?

CloudSOC’s main differentiators are its data-driven CASB engine, deep Symantec/Broadcom ecosystem integration, and strong controls for both sanctioned and unsanctioned apps across managed and unmanaged devices

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tight integrations with other security products make CloudSOC first choice. Creation of policy is also simple as it can sync policies which are created on Broadcom DLP.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the support services can be a bit annoying where you need to send them tonnes of logs and then wait for them for long time to get a resolution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are considering CloudSOC, I’d recommend it for organizations that want strong SaaS visibility, DLP, and user-risk analytics in one platform, especially if you already use Broadcom/Symantec security tools.
