What differentiates Bizagi BPM from other similar products?

Design of various layouts are made easier for users. Due to this, end users won't face security issues. Integrations with external applications can be configured and large data can be handled with minimal performance issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All the permissions can be configured in the workflow space. In addition, business process rules, mandatory rules and triggers can be configured and included in the workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no feature to debug globally workflows and rules parallelly in the backed while the users are running the application in real-time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Organization which wants to automate their business processes through drag and drop tool without any coding can use this product.

The combination of Bizagi BPM and data analytics tools is revolutionary. I can connect modern and legacy systems to our BPM platform, providing a centralized view of our business data. This unified data landscape allows me to generate reports, uncover trends, and make data-driven decisions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is great because it lets me manage processes and analyze data together. I can see how our workflows are performing, find areas for improvement, and make changes to make our processes more efficient. This integration of processes and data has helped our company a lot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few things I'd like to see improved. The software's integration with certain legacy systems can be challenging. I've had to invest time and resources to ensure a smooth data flow. Additionally, the software's pricing model may not be accessible to smaller organizations with limited budgets.
