What differentiates Arctic Wolf MDR from other similar products?

The insights into and proactive nature of our end-point telemetry brings a peace of mind that threats would get picked up at source. Combine this with a class leading user community and training to keep you informed on the threat landscape.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that you can run it in 'auto' mode is great with minimal user engagement but the real value comes with the monthly Concierge calls with AW specialists who run through the key metrics and findings of our data and make recommendations as to which SPiDR our team needs to focus on next to harden our cyber security.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There really are no major shortcomings for the solution, however, with such a forward thinking company monthly development releases are usually ahead of the majority of user requirements anyway.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whether you are an SME or a multinational the Arctic Wolf solution can either adopt the role of your SOC or support your existing SOC with specialists who know and proactively manage your telemetry and protect from cyber threats.

What differentiates Arctic Wolf MDR from other similar products?

Artic Wolf is a great platform that provides entities large a small a great deal of al of peace of mind. It effectively provides smaller organizations the features that would normally require a SOC with numerous staff with an easy to use solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use and fantastic support are some of the key features that i really like.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see more granularity of the data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try, i am sure that you will really like the experience and peace of mind that Artic Wolf provides.
