It's an excellent and robust platform. With it I've been able to optimize all my business continuity processes in a simple and effective way

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way to conduct BIA (business impact analysis) campaigns and the results that can be generated with the tool

What do you dislike most about this product?

The way the BIA fields are displayed could be more user-friendly and simple for the user

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Buy the solution with your eyes closed. It is the best and most robust platform for automating business continuity processes.

What differentiates Archer Resilience Management from other similar products?

I appreciate most is it's ability to connect business continuity with broader enterprise risk and resilience initiatives. That integration gives us a more complete view of operational risks and helps us make better informed decisions during disruptions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is how it centralizes the entire business continuity process in one platform. Having business impact assessments, continuity plans, testing schedules and reporting all in one place makes it much easier to stay organized and ensure our plans remain current.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Managing and maintaining business continuity plans across multiple business units requires ongoing administrative effort. As the program grows, keeping plans, contacts and recovery information current can become time intensive without well defined internal processes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're considering it take the time to clearly define your business continuity processes and objectives before implementation. A well planned rollout, combined with user training and executive support will help you get much more value from the platform and improve long term adoption.
