Cornerstone Performance users were highly satisfied, awarding an Emotional Footprint score of +84. Cornerstone Performance earned top product in many areas, with its highest score of 80% given for its rewards recognition feature, allowing users to track and manage employee rewards and recognition programs seamlessly. Ceridian Dayforce performed consistently well, with an Emotional Footprint score of +81. Ceridian Dayforce scored a high 82% for its breadth of features, providing users with feature-rich to enable a diverse series of tasks, one of many areas where the vendor earned top product. Saba TalentLink, with an Emotional Footprint score of +74, has satisfied users most with its talent acquisition feature, scored at 83%, providing the best solution to support the process of sourcing and recruiting employees in alignment with organizational needs.
In general, reviewers expressed the most happiness with learning and development features, with the lowest average score for product strategy and improvement capabilities.
