Toronto, ON – January 14th, 2019 – Software Reviews, a division of world-class research and advisory firm Info-Tech Research Group Inc., published its’ 2019 Team Collaboration Data Quadrant Awards, naming five Gold Medalists in the space: Slack, Asana, Cisco Webex Teams, Basecamp and Igloo Software.
Software Reviews’ Data Quadrant awards derive entirely from expert-user feedback. IT leaders, business professionals and end-users evaluate vendors, examining relative performance across two axis: Product Features & Satisfaction and Vendor Experience & Capabilities.
Team Collaboration software is an integral part of business process and efficiency. The vendors evaluated in the category assist across a variety of collaboration functions. These aspects aim to help users work and integrate seamlessly with other members of their organization. This includes facets such as instant messaging, calendar sharing, file sharing and video conferencing.
The category’s Data Quadrant featured ten vendors in total, with the Gold Medalists’ positioned towards the top right of the quadrant. Exemplary scoring across the board positioned Slack, Asana, and Cisco Webex Teams as the defined leaders in the category. Basecamp excelled with strong product feature scores, while Igloo Software displayed strong vendor experience results.
