Enterprise Mobile Management (EMM) Software Users Review Vendors for Satisfaction, Revealing Their Top Five Through SoftwareReviews
Hexnode MDM, Jamf Pro, Cisco Meraki EMM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Symantec Mobility Suite are named the 2019 EMM Data Quadrant gold medalists.
TORONTO, Nov. 14, 2019 - SoftwareReviews, a division of world-class IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group, has published its 2019 Enterprise Mobile Management (EMM) Data Quadrant Awards, naming five gold medalists based on excellent user reviews. The following vendors are leaders according to software users’ answers to some very interesting questions focused on user satisfaction, which have been crafted by seasoned IT industry analysts and backed by 22 years of IT research:
· Hexnode MDM
· Jamf Pro
· Cisco Meraki EMM
· Microsoft Endpoint Manager
· Symantec Mobility Suite
What makes the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant different? Inclusion of aggregated emotional response ratings in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation create a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product from the software users’ point of view. SoftwareReviews calls this insight the Net Emotional Footprint.
Hexnode MDM came out in first place with a Net Emotional Footprint score of a perfect 100%; Jamf Pro was in second, with a Net Emotional Footprint score of 92%; Cisco Meraki EMM in third with 90%; Microsoft Endpoint Manger, 83%; and Symantec Mobility Suite at 76%.
Earning “top product” status for ten categories was Hexnode MDM, which did particularly well in vendor support, with a net-promoter score of 94%. Jamf Pro was given top product status for ten categories as well, and provided excellence in end-user experience with a net-promoter score of 94%. Cisco took the number-two spot in many categories, and did particularly well in ease of implementation, with a net-promoter score of 85%. Microsoft Endpoint Manager earned the number-three placement for content management, with a net-promoter score of 81%; while Symantec Mobility Suite took the number-two spot for content management, with a net-promoter score of 82%.
These sentimental scores are important, because, as Ken Weston, senior research analyst at Info-Tech Research Group explains, “IT overwhelmingly prefers simple EMM tools that are easy to configure and maintain, even if that simplicity comes at the price of features.”
About SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant Awards and Software Reports
