Software Reviews names Micro Focus Data Center Automation, Red Hat Ansible Automation, and CA Workload Automation among Data Center Automation Data Quadrant Award Winners.
SoftwareReviews, a division of world-class research and advisory firm Info-Tech Research Group Inc., has published its 2019 Data Center Automation Data Quadrant Award Winners, naming three gold medalists in the space:
- Micro Focus Data Center Automation
- Red Hat Ansible Automation
- CA Workload Automation
Data center automation is the process where the routine workflows and processes of a data center, (including but not limited to scheduling, monitoring, maintenance, and application delivery) are managed and implemented without any human administration. Data center automation increases agility and operational efficiency. End users can then rapidly consume these services.
Data center automation is a critical part of your business strategy, providing efficiencies in a faster service delivery, decreasing the time needed for monotonous tasks, and freeing up IT staff to concentrate on more strategic projects, rather than providing routine operations and configuration tasks.
About SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant Awards and Software Reports
SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant Awards recognize outstanding vendors in the technology marketplace as evaluated by their users annually. Top vendors in a software category are eligible to receive Data Quadrant gold medals, provided their scores meet the threshold for sufficiently high user satisfaction across four areas of evaluation: vendor capabilities, product features, likeliness to recommend, and vendor experience. Full vendor evaluations are available in SoftwareReviews’ in-depth software evaluation reports.
SoftwareReviews’ Data Quadrant is based entirely on real user feedback and provides unprecedented levels of insights into data points per product within the category, making it the most comprehensive enterprise software review and assessment in the market today.
IT leaders, business professionals, and end-users evaluate vendors via a detailed online survey, examining relative performance across two axis: Product Features & Satisfaction and Vendor Experience and Capabilities. The reviews are then carefully validated through a robust quality assurance process, beyond checking for LinkedIn authentication.
Another key differentiator of SoftwareReviews, which also helps set the gold medalists apart, is the “Emotional Footprint” (EF) scoring. SoftwareReviews’ EF tracks replies across 25 emotional response areas that span five categories: Purchasing, Service Experience, Product Impact, Vendor Strategy, and Conflict Resolution.
